Like Melville’s white whale, the perfect drink is the thing you can never stop chasing. We chase it nightly — daily-squeezed juice, house-made syrups, premium spirits, built with precision and a sense of fun.

Our room is built on kintsugi: broken pottery mended in gold, so the cracks become the most beautiful part. Stone, leather, warm wood, golden light — beauty in imperfection.
